Yesterday I finished my site, was ready to write first blog post and publish it. When I turned on the computer and logged in, my header is gone. Well, it was yellow, now its black and I cannot see any of the pages on the header. When I open the page it goes to a black and white page that looked all screwed up, when I hit customize, it takes me to my site with the right colors but now my sidebar is gone, the color on the header as I previously stated is gone, the images are all overlapped, some of which I never even put on there. I am so upset and angry. Not sure why this isnt working. Really wish you guys had a phone number or chat for support. WHat can I do? Do I have to start over completely? I am heartbroken! We are sorry to know that you’are facing problems with editing the theme. We will do our best to get you the satisfactory version for your site.
To change the background color for the site, please login to the admin area and browse to “Appearance >> Customize >> Colors”. On this interface, please select the color that you wish and the site will update with that as the background color.The side bar is displayed via widgets so please check the widget section and add widgets to display them in the sidebar. You could refer our documentation for more information. Please let us know if you find issues getting the widgets back.
