    How Do I get license for my dev site so I can import the demo content?

    Hello Karen,

    Thank you for purchasing our theme.

    After you would have made the payment, you should have received an email from us for the purchase. You should be able to find the license key in that email.

    Also, you should be able to find it from “My Account” after logging in.

    I have emailed you twice and have not received a reply.

    I have tried to import demo content several times now, both automatically and manually. I am getting the error
    [WARNING] Failed to import “Promenade Themes”: Invalid post type mc4wp-form
    Amongst others.

    I have sent login information to [email protected]

    Please log in, import the demo content, and configure the site to look like the demo I paid for TWICE.

    I see that you logged in, deactivated several plugins, tried to upload demo data and then reactivated the plugins.

    The site now shows “Buy Pro” and “Buy Now” with 2 active widgets and no other demo data. What’s going on????

    I Just sent you a new user login. I deleted the entire site and installed a clean copy of WordPress with no additional plugins or themes.

    Please install the pro theme using the 110c94eccaf631dc……….. license and load all of the demo content
