I just installed your latest theme update, assuming that any changes you made would not affect my child theme, but now the excerpts display a large featured image and underneath it the text. I much prefer the old way. How can I restore this to the way it was? I tried reinstalling the old theme but the install failed.
Thank you.
July 15, 2017 at 10:37 pm #6782AnonymousInactiveI also see that you changed Recent posts to indent and to have bullets, and you got rid of the very nice lines around posts, widgets, and other features. And I see that using a child theme didn’t protect me from these radical changes in appearance. I tried deleting your new version and reinstalling the old one, but that didn’t fix this problem. How can I get this to go back to the way it was before you made all these changes?
Thank you.

July 15, 2017 at 10:53 pm #6783AnonymousInactiveEven worse, I see that on the website I’m trying to set up for my friend, when she has a post with a featured image, no text at all appears.
It seems that you made radical changes to this theme that have broken both my site and hers, and probably others who are using this theme. How can it be restored to the 2.01 version?
Thank you,

July 16, 2017 at 4:35 am #6785AnonymousInactiveMe too. My left sidebar will no longer to on the left, it stays on the right regardless of if I choose left or right. My fonts were all messed up from the update. And my previews are supposed to have a small image with text excerpt to the side and it no longer does. And my footer now has large white boxes around the titles. Also missing the light boxes around my different widgets and posts. I have spent the last hour and a half trying to fix the site and may restore my backup from last night or chose a different theme altogether. I am very disappointed with this update.
July 16, 2017 at 5:10 am #6786ProDesignsKeymasterHi @dbookbinder, @satojin, @hopeinthechaos
There was minor issue on the css of last update. We have recently released version 2.0.4 fixing that error. Please update theme to latest version.
It will work like before. Some exciting features are added on new version. We believe you will love it.
We are extremely sorry for the trouble.
Thank you.

July 16, 2017 at 6:04 am #6789AnonymousInactiveWhat some of us miss are the very lovely, light boxes around the widgets and the excerpts. Also, I don’t know why you indented the recent posts so much, though I don’t mind the bullets. The basic layout of the theme is still very different even after the 2.04 update.
One glitch: You use the button color as the background of the numbers that let people go to additional pages. This makes the numbers almost completely unreadable. The numbers should probably not have a colored background at all. As it is, very few people will be able to figure out that there are more posts available than the ones they can scroll through.
I see that you added the hide category and hide title features you helped me with earlier. I think others will like that, too.
July 16, 2017 at 6:09 am #6790AnonymousInactiveNever mind the above comments. It took some time for the theme to propagate, and I see it’s now back the way it was, more or less. It looks as if I need to make a new child theme, though, because it doesn’t display correctly anymore.

July 16, 2017 at 6:36 am #6792AnonymousInactiveI have tried to get the child theme to show the original formatting, but it seems to only show the incorrect version. When I create a new child theme, it also no longer shows the correct version. Do you have any idea what might be breaking child themes in this version?
The theme itself seems back to normal again. Thaks for that!
July 16, 2017 at 6:38 am #6793ProDesignsKeymasterHi @dbookbinder
It might be cache. If you have updated original theme it will work properly.
Try clearing cache and check again.
Thank you.
July 16, 2017 at 6:49 am #6794AnonymousInactivethank youu ^^
i already write ???????DJuly 16, 2017 at 6:49 am #6795AnonymousInactiveThank you. I tried turning off caching and clearing the browser cache, but the child theme no longer works. Strangely, it works on the site I am setting up for my friend. Only the main theme works, though it does now work the same as it did before the prior update.
