    Hi. I have just purchased Gem Plus and have installed it. I have my licence key which I copied and pasted into the licence key activation window under “Appearance” but it keeps saying the licence keys do not match. I literally just bought it. I copied and pasted the exact number.
    Please help.

    It’s ok, I got it now. I just kept trying and it finally worked.
