    I paid yesterday via paypal but I have not been able to download the theme.
    What is the problem?

    Hello Mario,
    Usually, such issue get created when the ‘paypal email ID’ and ’email ID used for creating the account over here’ are not the same email addresses.

    Can you provide us the transaction number of your payment?
    We will surely add the product in this user account if we will find your provided transaction ID in our database.
