    Tried to download and install demo data on this theme, it downloads, but then get this error:

    —Downloaded files—
    The import files for: Demo Content Import were successfully downloaded!
    Initial max execution time = 30
    Files info:
    Site URL = http://www.dev.importdoktor.com
    Data file = /home/devimport/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/demo-content-import-file_2018-03-15__14-39-25.xml
    Widget file = /home/devimport/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/demo-widgets-import-file_2018-03-15__14-39-25.json
    Customizer file = /home/devimport/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/demo-customizer-import-file_2018-03-15__14-39-25.dat
    Redux files:
    not defined!

    Error: Widget import data could not be read. Please try a different file.

    —Importing customizer settings—
    Error: The customizer import file is not in a correct format. Please make sure to use the correct customizer import file.

    Hi @Norman Schippert,

    This error sometimes happens because of internet issue and system setting.

    Please try importing demo content again.

    If you see same error, please provide us your temporary wp-admin logins. We will import demo content for you.

    I tried it again, similar error… just a little different this time. I emailed you a login and password to the wp-admin of the site.
