Trouble trying to show a plugin button in a customized area

Hi there,

I’m trying to implement a function button from a plugin to a specific location within the product listings on the main page of the site I’m building. I’ve hired a total of 3 professional WordPress programmers and all have failed using over 1 month. The plugin developers got back to me and said it should be changed in the themes. But my programmers are still unable to find the proper location for the action hooks. Do you think you’d be able to help me out. It’s already well pass the due date for project completion.
