For first slider link, it looks like you are using customization link which needs authorization. Any links which needs authorization needs to be logged in first.
For widget issue, it looks like you have used any third party plugin for customization.
Please deactivate plugins one by one and check it. Kindly, update theme to latest version as well.
If you have latest version of the theme, please replace it once.
