    Hi!
    I am having trouble updating to the Plus version.
    WordPress 5.5.1 gives a critical error message.
    Please can you help me?
    Not compatible with this version of WP?

    I’m sending site access to [email protected]

    Hello There!

    Hope you are doing good!

    We have rechecked our e-commerce gem plus theme with WordPress latest version 5.1.1 and it is supported with this version of WordPress.

    We have checked the emails on [email protected] but unfortunately, we haven’t received any email. Could you please send that once again or could you please send us the error message that is being displayed?

    There has been a critical error on your website. Your site is not lost and it can be fixed. The first thing you should do is check your admin email address for the email from WordPress, as that should give you more details about the error and allow you to access your site in recovery mode.
